How to Make a Green Smoothie

There are infinite combinations in which a Green Smoothie can be made. The basic premise of a Green Smoothie is to blend Fresh Greens and Fresh Fruit. Most of my smoothies contain banana because I think it gives the smoothie a nice, rich creamy texture and it tends to mask the flavor of potent greens. I have a high powered VitaMix blender, so I rarely use water in my Green Smoothies. I prefer the thick consistency, but some people prefer to add water or fresh juice for a thinner drink; It is really a personal preference and entirely up to you!
